SUMIYOSHI KIZUKI
Active in Japan since 1997, this illustrator defined the visual identity of the Pokémon Trading Card Game through more than 200 unique card designs. Her portfolio includes the elusive 1998 Hungry Snorlax Nintendo 64 promo and multiple iterations of the World Championship Tropical Tidal Wave cards. High-grade specimens of her early promotional work have frequently surpassed the $5,000 mark at specialized hobby auctions as of 2025.
