KEN SUGIMORI
Japanese illustrator (born 1966) best known as the character designer and art director for the Pokémon franchise. Sugimori created the original 151 Pokémon designs and has illustrated countless trading cards. His artwork defines the visual language of one of the most valuable collectibles markets in the world.
